Among these 50% of those head injuries are children. one study resolved that the risk of head injury can be brought down by 85% by wearing a bike helmet, . A bike helmet absorbs the shock in an accident and hence cushions the head.

The author has said that anger is deeply rooted in history and it is not easy to change. The author has given excellent examples of how Japanese conduct themselves in presence of their superiors. The author suggests that when anger is not controlled it leads to lawlessness and hence the purpose of anger is not served. The author has criticized the American way of expressing anger and has said that this country regards self restraint as bad faith. Finally the author believes that the individualism of American life begets anger and encourages its release.
